Full Property Access

Get access to every part of our 18-acre wedding venue for the entire length of your stay,  including multiple ceremony and reception sites, mountain views, granite boulders, Rustic Barn, and waterfalls. The property is ideal for weddings with up to 75 guests.

With our Thursday – Sunday weekend package, you’ll have plenty of time for pictures, decorating, and vendor drop off and pick up. Laurel Falls can host every part of your wedding, from rehearsal dinner and ceremony, to your celebration and even a send-off brunch!

Stay On-Site Wedding Venue

A wedding at Laurel Falls includes on-site overnight accommodations from Thursday – Sunday for up to 20 guests in four creatively updated historic log cabins.

Staying on-site with your closest friends and family during your wedding is part of the magic of Laurel Falls.

Our cabins provide plenty of separate spaces for you to relax, get ready for your ceremony, and spend quality time with your wedding party.

Psst! most wedding couples choose to spend their stay in our Waterfall Cabin, a cozy space with a private hot tub overlooking a waterfall.

Laurel Falls is your venue. We offer a flexible space with multiple ceremony sites to choose from. Hold your rehearsal dinner on our stone porch with panoramic views of the Blue Ridge. Get married with a mountain view on our Ceremony Boulder. Dance the night away in our Rustic Barn.  While you plan your amazing event don’t worry about the basics! Laurel Falls has ample lighting, event space restrooms, WIFI, and on-site parking.

Rustic Barn Reception Space

Our Rustic Barn is one of the most sought after parts of Laurel Falls.  This indoor/outdoor space features heating/AC, optional wedding tent add-on, indoor and outdoor speakers and even an optional disco ball!  Our team has worked hard to develop this space as a perfect spot for dinner and dancing.

The Rustic Barn provides a unique, historic back-drop to an unforgettable celebration.

Mountain Wedding Venue

Surround yourself with 18 acres of natural beauty at our wooded wedding venue near Asheville, NC. Our private, mountainside property provides a rugged but refined backdrop for your wedding.

Laurel Falls Inventory

Laurel Falls offers a variety of items for you to use during your stay.  Our inventory list includes x-back resin chairs, a variety of folding tables, coolers, arbors, easels, trash receptacles, audio equipment, and more.

Optional Wedding Tent Add-On

We also offer optional use of our 30×30 white high-top wedding tent with lights for an additional rental fee.

Wedding Venue Staff

A wedding at Laurel Falls includes an on-site venue host for the day of your wedding to set up our inventory items and assist with small tasks and vendor logistics. Please note: this is not a day-of event coordinator.

Catering + Food Trucks

Each cabin on our property features a full kitchen, so there’s plenty of room for catering set-up and service. Our Rustic Barn offers an electricity hookup for food trucks in case that is part of your plans as well.

Wedding Vendors

We welcome whichever vendors that resonate with you as a couple, but we are also happy to share our curated vendor suggestions with our couples as well as help you vet prospective vendors.

BYOB

You can also bring your own alcohol to Laurel Falls, though you’ll need to obtain a Special Occasion Permit from the NC ABC Commission if you plan on serving spirits.

Laurel Falls package pricing includes venue use, lodging, all taxes and fees, access to inventory, set-up and teardown of Laurel Falls inventory, trash haul off, and day of venue host. No need to worry about additional costs after you book!
